1. Human Rights Principles:
CODA firmly acknowledges that E-Class personnel, while fulfilling specific roles within the facility, retain their fundamental human rights. These rights encompass the right to life, freedom from torture or cruel, inhumane, or degrading treatment, and the right to be treated with respect and dignity.
2. Ethical Treatment:
E-Class personnel, despite their designated roles, shall be subjected to ethical and humane treatment. Any actions or procedures involving E-Class individuals must adhere to established guidelines to prevent unnecessary harm or violation of their human rights.
CODA is committed to a non-discriminatory approach towards E-Class personnel. Regardless of their assigned tasks, individuals will be treated without prejudice based on factors such as race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristics.
4. Right to Information:
E-Class personnel have the right to be informed about their roles, responsibilities, and the nature of their involvement in CODA operations. Clear communication ensures transparency and helps foster an environment of understanding.
5. Privacy and Dignity:
CODA will respect the privacy and dignity of E-Class personnel. Measures will be implemented to provide appropriate living conditions, and any monitoring or observation will be conducted with utmost discretion and consideration for individual dignity.
E-Class personnel have the right to express themselves within the bounds of their designated roles. Any concerns, grievances, or suggestions will be addressed through established channels, promoting an open and communicative environment.
7. Right to Medical Care:
CODA recognizes the right of E-Class personnel to access medical care. Adequate healthcare facilities and services will be provided, and any medical procedures will be carried out with respect for individual autonomy and informed consent.
8. Review and Accountability:
