LGBTQIA+ LGBTQIA+ refers to a diverse community of individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, and other sexual orientations and gender identities. This inclusive acronym recognizes the varied experiences and expressions within the community. Here at CODA, we support all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, no matter their sexuality, gender or race. We have many staff members who identify as apart of the LGBTQIA+ community. Any forms of discriminatory speech or homophobia are dealt with privately and swiftly.
