The Restoration and Stabilisation Board Treaty Act 2023-2025
(The Peace Agreement between CODA Abnormal Facilities and the FOC Foundation and The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment)
This Document is to be renewed on January 30th of every year until 2026.
The Restoration and Stabilization Board and Against CODA Containment agree on the following terms of the Peace Treaty between CODA Abnormal Facillities and the FOC Foundation:
ALL of the Restoration and Stabilization Board's Sites and Against CODA Conatinment’s sites will be shut down following 20th September, 2023
ANY weaponry held by The Restoration and Stabilization Board and Against CODA Containment must be surrendered to local authorities.
NO raids will be conducted by The Restoration amd Stabilisation Board or Against CODA Containment.
A PAYMENT OF A€ 230,000 must be paid to APK Authorities before October 1st 2023
A PAYMENT OF H€ 300,000 must be paid to HMG Authorities before October 2nd 2023
BREAKAGE of the above terms will lead to an immediate pay fine of A€ 500,000 must be paid to CODA Abnormal Facillities or the FOC Foundation. Failure to do so will result in increased legal action.
CODA Abnormal Facilities and the FOC Foundation agree on the following terms of the Peace Treaty between The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment:
ARRESTING of EX-Workers of The Restoration and Stabilisation Board or Against CODA Containment is prohibited after Feburary 30th 2024
Escapees of the FOC Foundation T-Class and P-Class) will be returned to a prison or will face a trial in court
Escapees of CODA Abnormal Facilities (E-Class) will be returned to a prison and face a trial in court according to the justice system
The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment Prisoners will be set free in accordance to the Justice System of APK and HMG, Section 70, Label 1 (Prisoners of Conflict or Rivalry)
The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment Prisoners will spend at a maximum of 2 Years in prison for crimes against APK
The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment Prisoners will spend at a maximum of 3 Years in prison for crimes against HMG
The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment Prisoners will spend at a maximum of 20 Years in prison for crimes against The Multiverse
BREAKAGE of the above terms will result in penalties up to A€ 150,000 and/or H€ 160,000 paid to The Restoration and Stabilisation Board and Against CODA Containment Committee for Penalties department
